Since most of our products are cut or made per order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. If your item gets damaged during shipping, we will work with the shipping company to get the replacement sent ASAP. If the item you received isn't what you ordered, we will make sure you get the correct item and send a call tag for the incorrect one you received.
If you're not sure if a product will work for you, be sure to order a sample swatch before ordering yardage. That way, you assure the color and texture is exactly what you're looking for.
We can ship to most addresses in the world that FedEx delivers to. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We can also ship to Freight Forwarders in the US, if you prefer to use that method for international deliveries.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. As this is only an estimate, we cannot guaruntee your items will arrive by that date. If you need the item by a certain date, please email us with your order number and the date you need it by so we can confirm that it's possible.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
